100% ITALIAN ORGANIC

Our “Terre Nostre” line presents 100% Italian traced, certified and tasty extra virgin olive oils to our customers. Each boasts an individual identity that tells the story of each farmer.

Extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives cultivated, picked and processed in Italy. Packed in Italy.

Production area: Puglia, Sicily and Calabria;
Crop season: October – December;
Olive varieties: essentially Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Carolea;
Coltivation techniques: by organic Farming according to  Reg. (CE) 834/2007;
Pressing: mechanical crusher;
Extraction: by cold extraction (T<27°C).

Aspct: clear;
Colour: light green with golden reflections;
Aroma: fruity with artichoke and green tomato notes;
Flavour: sweet with pleasant bitter and spicy sensation;
Acidity: below 0,5% (Law limit for extra virgin olive oil 0,8%).

Use: for all types of cooking. It is perfect on raw fish and meat and as ingredient for sauces and cakes recipes.
