Our “Terre Nostre” line presents 100% Italian traced, certified and tasty extra virgin olive oils to our customers. Each boasts an individual identity that tells the story of each farmer.
Extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives cultivated, picked and processed in Italy.
Production area: Puglia, Sicily and Calabria;
Crop season: October – December;
Olive varieties: essentially Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Carolea;
Extraction: by cold extraction (T<27°C).
Colour: light green with golden reflections;
Aroma: fruity with artichoke and green tomato notes;
Flavour: pleasant bitter with spicy sensation;
Acidity: below 0,5% (Law limit for extra virgin olive oil 0,8%).
Use: it’s ideal for all types of cooking. However, it best expresses its distinct organoleptic qualities when used raw on grilled fish, vegetable soups and roasted bread.
