Located in the heart of Italy, Tuscany is worldwide known for the variety of its landscapes end its environmental richness, an unique land, always devoted to the olive growing production where the experience and great professionalism of the producers are determining for the quality of the extra virgin olive oil produced.

Extra virgin olive oil obtained by olives cultivated, picked and processed in Tuscany. Packed in Vinci (Florence).

Production area: Tuscany Region, Protected Geographical Indication area.
Crop season: October – December;
Olive varieties: essentially Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino according to TUSCAN PGI production specification;
Coltivation techniques: by Organic Farming according to Reg. (CE) 834/2007;
Pressing: mechanical crusher;
Extraction: by cold extraction (T<27°C).

Aspect: clear;
Colour: light green with golden notes;
Aroma: fruity reminding artichokes, almonds, other ripe fruits and green grass;
Flavour: intense fruity with pleasant bitter and spicy sensation;
Acidity: below  0,6% (TUSCAN PGI production specification limit 0,6%);

Use: with its unmistakable aroma and  weel-balanced flavour, it is faboulus for dressing  fresh vegetables, pulse soups, roasts or simply on a reasted slice of bread.
